Spotted a T. Tiger on the internet--just what I wanted, but me in Georgia--the bike in Texas! Gary B. hung with me through the paper work for an out-of-state buy and patiently waited until I got a shipper to bring it cross-country. The 2nd set of keys were in never never land somewhere/ that could be great distress if I lost the ONLY/ but Gary sniffed them out and shipped them to me. I'm a happy camper. Steve

I want to express what a great buying experience I had. It began a number of years ago as I would come by the dealership on Saturdays & dream of owning a Triumph. Every time I came in your staff was great. Never pressured me or made me feel unwelcome for not bnuyng.When it came time to make my investment there was no other place I wanted to give my business to.Last Saturday, my day started with Woody. He was great. He showed me around and when I started getting specific he introduced me to Jason. Jason's professional demeanor put me at ease and I knew this was the guy I wanted to work with.He was not pressuring at all, only informative and when he tried to close me I wasn't quite ready on Saturday. He responded perfectly with we will be here when you are ready.On Monday I made my decision to move forward. Jason handled everything perfectly. He sourced the red Thunderbird I wanted and got everything worked out.When he handed me off to Elvis to finalize things I found myself relaxed and just visiting with another enthusiast. My search for a new BMW motorcycle started with choosing your website to look at and looking at your used inventory. I never expected to have a salesman actually find the exact bike I was looking for much less email me and let me know one was coming in and if I was interested in it. I ended up purchacing my 2005 R1200GS a week later. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was able to ride my trade in to the dealership and ride my new bike home the same day. The parts department had most of the accecories I was looking for on hand and those that were not so common the offered to mail to my home. The experience I've had dealing with BMW of North Dallas is well worth the three hour drive to get there. They have even been willing to assist me with looking up my next set of gear for the bike while I'm deployed to Afghanistan. Elvis Jr. and the staff of BMW of North Dallas will make you glad you made the trip. Be careful though, as you may ride home on a new bike. Satisfied Soldier, Afghanistan

I own three bikes: a 2007 Triumph Tiger 1050, a 2004 Triumph Bonneville and a 1999 Ural. I bought the first two at BMW Triumph of North Dallas and had a very straightforward and easy buying experience. I have also had all three serviced there, ordered numerous parts and even had a sidecar added to my Bonneville. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the service is thorough and fast. And while it's sometimes a pain to get a ride to pick up or drop off a bike, they offer an impromptu shuttle service to and from the George Bush DART station. I will certainly continue doing business with this dealership!

Hi my name is brandon.I was looking on the internet to look for a helment and came across BMW Motorcycles of Dallas.I was looking through there sight at the shoei helments.I noticed they had a testimonials of customers giving there feedback of there service.So the first thing i did was the next morning I had to go down there and see this service for my self.I came in the store was greeted right a way.Told me to look around if you need any thing we are here just ask. (Not like others bike shops where they jump on you trying to make you buy a bike.) Then I went over to the parts where I seen the helments. I was greeted by Gary Baxter I told him what I was looking for and what I was wanting to spend.He showd me the shoei RF-1100.Gary even gave me a discount.Im very pleased with the service of this shop

I called on Tuesday morning after I decided to surprise my sweet husband with a Triumph Scrambler for his 50th birthday; he had been ogling this bike for months. He has been planning on saving his pennies and buying a bike in a year or 2. He has also been fighting stage 4 metastatic renal cell cancer for the past year and a half, never complaining. I meet an awesome bunch of helpful and kind fellows at BMW/European Cycle of North Dallas who walked me thru the buying process and even had the bike delivered by a super cancer survivor who set the bike up in the entry hall on Thursday afternoon. I cant wait to be a model for the home page Ha ha !! Thank you Elvis Jr. and Sean!!

It's hard to put into words about the family atmosphere you feel at European Cycle Sports. From Junior & JC in Sales to all the other team members in Parts & Service. They treat you with respect and there is zero sales pressure. They will help educate you if you and will not try to push you into something that you are not ready for. Their inventory of bikes and accessories is great. If they don't have the color or size, they will try their best to get it for you. I had been looking to buy a 2012 S1000RR in blue since I saw them. I contacted every dealer in Texas to find the best deal. I found your dealer and talked to Sean Morgan. He is a great guy and got me the best deal by far. But that was not all, he answered all my annoying questions through email and calls and I never felt pressured. When I finally ordered it and went to pick it up, they were all really cool people that treated me right. I never go back to write reviews on someones service but I just had to with you guys. Sean, JC, Gary, Elvis, and Nick all rock. It started off with buying the 1000RR. Sean did an excellent job working with me to create a win-win situation and finalizing the deal. I bought my bike over 1 1/2 years ago and keep going back to that specific shop just because of the hospitality of Gary and Nick in service. This is an excellent and friendly bike environment. Also, how can you not go to a bike shop and dig it with a manager named ELVIS....

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Sean and Jason while looking for my new ride. It all started with their enthusiasm with allowing me to test ride the bike I was considering. After that before I knew it I was selling my Ducati for cash to put down on a new Triumph Tiger 800 XCX. In my many visits there I started to get to know just about everyone there and it became like "Cheers", everyone knew my name. This is my third brand new motorcycle purchase and it is by far my best experience. Everyone there did their part to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and that the process went smoothly as possible. So with all that being said if you are looking for a new ride don't bother looking anywhere else cause your family is waiting at European Cycle Sports.
